This gives us a chance to talk through initial details & for you to ask questions so your first session is spent on what matters most to you.

Monday - Thursday: 10AM - 4PM

Fridays: 10AM - 3PM

Weekends: Closed

**I am available for in-person sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tuesdays and Thursdays are telehealth only days.
