I am not currently accepting new clients.

Individual Session

$150 for a 50-minute session

Couples Session

$200 for a 70-minute session. 

Sliding Scale

At Fresh Perspectives Therapy it's understood that not every budget can afford services at the full price. I reserve slots for clients that would like to start therapy but are worried it may not be financially feasible. Sliding scale slots are not available at this time. 

Payment MeThods

Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted. 

Insurance

I currently accept the following insurances and am in the process of credentialing with more:

Premera
Regence
Cigna
First Choice Health Network

If I do not currently accept your insurance but you would like to pay upfront and then submit claims to your insurance as service with out-of-network provider for reimbursement, I can provide you with the necessary documentation.
